The lovely team at WARC (@WARCeditors) recently asked me for my thoughts on Customer Experience.

It was part of their 2018 Toolkit report. In all, they surveyed 600+ marketers on their opportunities, obstacles and issues for 2018. CX, managing data, voice, AI, brand purpose and digital transparency all loom large. You can download the summary report to learn more,  and sign-up to a free event in January.
